This site, an initiative of Michael Netwich, researcher at the Austrian Academy of Sciences, Institute of Technology Assessment, contains the "European Integration online Papers" (EIoP), a "fully refereed, interdisciplinary online research paper series since 1997" as well as the European Research Papers Archive (ERPA), "a common access point for the following online working paper series in the field of European integration research."
